No. Propellers are specifically designed for each aircraft. Not only size but pitch and flight characteristics too. The Mini 3 props are quite a bit longer and would make contact with the frame and/or propellers on the nearby motor. Totally not recommended. 😀

It is the right size, it is just really poor quality. Technically though, you are really only touching a set of screws twice and the screwdriver is sufficient for that purpose. In once, out once - screws are not to be reused. The problem arises when your screws come too tight from the factory, then that screwdriver is completely useless. Cheers!

I haven't heard of that nor been plagued by it. In my opinion the worst "defect" was moving the antennas internal. Hence DJI doubled them and moved the external in the RC 2. Cheers!

Mostly Mini 4 Pro. Mini 3 Pro comes along for paid work as a backup. The other Minis (Mini/Mini 2) I really only fly to test stuff. I like to fly the Spark a bit for nostalgia sake, it's still so fun to fly. 😀

@@SteveCoutts ooo so mini 4 pro is the way to go, and are you using the RC2? I didn't end up getting a drone because grandma went to the hospital so my time went towards that, but I saw the mini 2 for sale for 300 Canadian on Facebook so I thought I'd give it a chance. or I can buy another spark and have 16 mins of pure bliss, 17 if I'm living on the edge haha hope you're doing well! and grandma is alright I'm hoping to visit her tomorrow! :D thanks for always offering your 2 cents, thats what I can count on is your honesty. thats why I wanted to know if you'd still buy a mini 2 and fly now (used) or just save up for the 4 pro because its really everything I could ask for in a drone with of course the RC2, it seems like I wouldn't need more than that but I'd have to wait and save when summer is around the corner ! :D

I intend to follow up with a video on Pro mode. I have been taking a bit of a mental health break from RUclips but have recently been working my way back in to the fold. Stay tuned. 😀

Yikes! I did that once by mistake. You know pretty quick it's wrong. I feel like DJI has been making the markings on the propellers (and arms) more subtle over time for whatever reason. It makes it hard to see which propellers are supposed to go where. Honestly I really wish they would put in a bit of engineering effort and get us some quick-release props on the Mini line. I really can't stand the screw-on props. Cheers!

As far as I understand the original DJI RC does NOT support video out. Apparently it's possible with the RC 2 but I haven't tried it. You can try searching the DJI Forums for more information (forum.dji.com). Cheers!

Nope. I did do a bit of saturation and exposure boost on some clips but zero noise reduction. If you pause and zoom in, there's a LOT of noise but overall not too bad. Cheers!

Al Spark no le irá bien en situaciones de poca luz. En la publicación aumentaré un poco el contraste y la saturación y, a veces, la exposición si no lo hice del todo bien, pero eso es todo. Creo que lo más importante es tratar de mantenerse alejado de la exposición automática y del balance de blancos automático para garantizar resultados consistentes. Wow, that's interesting. I have never heard of something like that. Anyhow, my suggestion would be to first, make sure all your software and firmware are up to date. That includes the DJI Fly app and the batteries. If that doesn't fix things, there is one other thing I would suggest. Start up the drone and controller, go in to the DJI Fly app, click on the three dots in the top right hand corner and choose About. In the About menu, scroll down to the very bottom and choose "Reset All Settings". This will kind of bring your drone back to factory default. I have used it in the past to fix weird issues. If that still doesn't work I would try posting your issue in the DJI Forums (forum.dji.com) to see if anyone else could offer any help. Good luck! Let me know how it works out.

Hey Steve, I followed your recommendation and reset all settings, and the damn thing now works! Now I have the problem that when the aircraft lands, the gimbal does not turn face down to the ground. Thanks my friend.

I made some minor exposure changes to some of the clips and all clips had a slight boost to colour saturation. Other than that, it's quite representative of what you can expect from the Mini 4 Pro at night. The Mini 3 Pro and Mini 4 Pro use the same camera sensor although DJI is touting an "improved image processing pipeline" with the Mini 4 Pro. I haven't done extensive testing with the Mini 4 Pro yet but my initial thought, which include this video, is that the low-light image quality is about the same as the Mini 3 Pro, maybe a touch better. The Mini 3 Pro was a DRAMATIC improvement in low-light performance from previous Minis, which you can see in this bit from my Mini 3 Pro review - ruclips.net/video/i4iwniF99GE/видео.htmlsi=Yvu5J36y9eUdFH3W&t=604. Thanks for watching. There is no "Mini 4K" but there are a heck of a lot of different Minis, so it certainly is tough to get them all straight. Anyhow, the Mini design changed dramatically with the Mini 3/3 Pro. All previous Mini batteries (Mini, Mini SE, Mini 2, Mini 2SE) will NOT work with the Mini 3 and newer Minis as the more recent Minis have a completely different design. Hope that helps, cheers!

Si vous pensez qu'il s'agit d'un défaut du Drone Mask, je suis convaincu que leur équipe d'assistance prendra soin de vous à condition que vous respectiez leur période de garantie. Si c'est un problème de vision, c'est dommage. C'est un bon produit mais ils préviennent qu'il pourrait ne pas fonctionner pour tout le monde. Bonne chance. @@SteveCoutts . Je n'ai pas de problème de vue. D'ailleurs au club 3 ou 4 personnes dont certains pratiquent le FPV ont essayé et rencontré le même soucis. Je n'ai pas de lunette sauf des loupes de 1,5 pour lire. J'ai essayé avec des loupes de 1,5 et de 2 . Masque serré, masque déployé. Je viens de regarder une vidéo de JFR900. Je le vois en double. Je n'ai pas d'autre dronemask pour comparer. J'ai envoyé un mail au fabricant. J'ai eu une réponse rapide mais pas de solution car comme je le dis je pense avoir tout essayé tout ce qu'il me propose.

I still miss a lot of features and design from DJI Go 4. DJI Fly started with a clean, simple interface but has gotten far too complicated over the years. Definitely could use some rethinking in my opinion. Anyhow, spot metering is there but it ONLY works in auto exposure AND ONLY in photo mode. In video mode, tapping the screen focuses instead of setting exposure. You can however click and drag the little sun icon to set your exposure in video mode. Spot metering is not available in video mode. Same with the DJI Go 4 app though. Spot metering was only available in photo mode. I don't know if that was different for the Mavic 2 Zoom though, I only had the Spark. Hope that helps, cheers!

Yeah, I'm not sure I want to get that serious about it - haha! My Mini 2 still sports the Master Airscrew props and neither noise or vibration have been an issue. Really for me it's all about having some fun colour choices. 😀

@@SteveCoutts yes I understand, when I got my mavic 2 pro I got fixated on every aspect and when it came to the master screw blades I also studied the sounds and did a comparison. That's when I noticed the raised letters on the blades and thought why did they do that? I know it's not a big deal but aircraft propellers don't have anything like that how would that help performance? I really didn't notice a difference but my test wasn't surgical obviously it won't hurt to do that and I would not recommend it if you don't have the right tools but keep in mind these props are massed produced and I've found flashing on the edges before.

​@@SteveCouttsI just got my props and I'm not sure if MAS is copied by China but mine had a good amount of flashing at the edges. Maybe a quality control issue? They had the official packaging but no box just props in a bag with extra screws. The mavic props dont have the extra flashing on the edges. I will say this when I crashed my MP2 I had the red props on and it made finding my drone very easy the red against the white snow made it easy to spot from 50 yards.

Hi George! A Mini 2 SE would be a great drone to get started with. Honestly, battery maintenance is pretty simple and typically most of the work is done by the "intelligent" batteries themselves. Do NOT store the batteries long term at 100% or 0%. Keep them in the 60-80% range if you're storing for long term. Day to day don't worry about it too much. DJI fixed the discharge issue long ago, so you're good to store them in the charging hub, drone or just by themselves. Always keep the batteries in a cool, dry place with good ventilation, again, if storing for an extended period. Cheers!
